Shane Toland - M.B.A
Attorney Shane Toland is a native Hoosier. He graduated from Center Grove High School in Greenwood, Indiana and attended Indiana University in Indianapolis (IUPUI). Shane completed his Bachelors degree in Business Management, Human Resources, and International Studies with a Minor in Economics. He continued at Indiana University where he simultaneously earned a Doctorate in Jurisprudence from Indiana University School of Law and a Masters in Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business.
During his graduate studies, Shane also studied at the University De Lille II, in Lille, France; Renmin University, in Beijing, China; and City University, of Hong Kong.
Shane has a very diverse background and wide base of knowledge. He has worked in the fields of: Human Resources, Restaurant Management, Automobile Sales and Repair, Landscaping, Transportation, Insurance and Investments, and Home Mortgages. He has advised numerous clients with many diverse business and personal issues, each with thier own particular needs ranging from personal issues such as divorce, bankruptcy, adoption, child custody, personal injuries, and small claims matters and business issues such as business formation, contracts, disputes, business dissolution and wrap up, collections, and acquisitions.
Shane lives in Indianapolis with his wife, his two-year-old son, and his one-year-old daughter.
Anthony Zapata - Attorney at Law
Tony Zapata was born in Brownsville, Texas, in 1973. He is of Mexican heritage and is fluent in Spanish.
He graduated from the University of Texas - Brownsville, with a B.A. in Political Science, in 1999. He was involved in campus politics and served as Secretary in the school's International Society. He attended Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis, and received a J.D. in 1999. During law school, Mr. Zapata was twice elected by peers to serve as President of the school's Hispanic Bar Association.Mr. Zapata has extensive experience as a trial lawyer in criminal and civil courts. He has been managing attorney for the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic, and a Deputy Public Defender. Mr. Zapata also worked for the Indiana Supreme Court State Court Administration from 2001 to 2004. He served as staff attorney for the Race and Gender Fairness Committee, and started and managed the Self– Service Center and the Court Interpreter Certification Program.
Mr. Zapata served as Regional President for the Hispanic National Bar Association from 2002 to 2004, and is a founding member of the Indiana State Bar Association of Latino Affairs Committee. He has also served on the National Association of Women Judges' Annual Conference Planning Committee, and the Governor’s Council on Impaired and Dangerous Driving – Media/Publicity Sub–Committee.
